THE TERMS OF SERVICE

WELCOME TO CHERRI DEATH ART COMMISSIONS!
By commissioning me for digital artwork/writing (essays/poetry/songs), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all commission work undertaken by me.
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.THE COMMISSION PROCESSRequest: All commission requests must be submitted through the official channels (e.g., email, website form, social media direct messages).
KEEP IN MIND THAT I DO NOT TAKE COMMISSIONS FROM THE FOLLOWING WEBSITES/APPS:
1. Telegram
2. WhatsApp
3. SnapchatDetails: Clients must provide a detailed description of the desired work, including references if necessary.Approval: Once the details are discussed and approved, a confirmation message will be sent to the client.Payment: A 30% - 50% deposit must be paid before the work / creation can commence so that I know that you are serious about it.
N COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE.ANOTHER THING TO KEEP IN MIND:
ALL ART COMMISSIONS TAKE PLACE IN 4 PHASES.
PHASE 1: rough sketches
PHASE 2: line-work
PHASE 3: color
PHASE 4: final renderingPRICING AND PAYMENTRates: Pricing is determined based on the complexity and size of the work, as well as the amount of time it takes to complete it. Custom quotes will be provided upon request.THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS OR DISCOUNTED OFFERS WITH SET PRICESPayment Methods: The only accepted payment method is through PayPal. A link to my PayPal will be provided upon commission request.Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is be required for all projects.
(as said before, this is just to ensure safety for both parties.)
(DEPOSITS ARE USUALLY NEGOTIABLE, BUT MUST BE ANYWHERE FROM 30% TO 50%)Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work and before the final product is delivered.
My rates based on complexity and hours taken.THE ARTWORK PRICES ARE:
• $10/hr. simple drawing
• $20/hr. intermediate drawing
• $35/hr. complex drawing
EXTRA CHARACTERS:
$15/hr. extra per character.

complex backgrounds are an additional $10/hrs. taken to draw itWRITING PRICES:
I typically charge $0.05 - $0.10 a word, however, most prices can be negotiated.REVISIONS AND EDITSMinor Edits: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of minor revisions during the sketch and initial stages.Major Edits: Significant changes requested after the initial stages may incur additional charges.
(can range from 2% to 5% additional fees)Approval: Final approval from the client is required before delivery of the completed work.DELIVERY AND TURNAROUND TIMEEstimated Time: Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the work and current commission queue. An estimated completion date will be provided at the time of commission approval.Delivery: Completed work will be delivered digitally in the agreed format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PSD).Rush/Higher-Priority Orders: Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.
(2% - 5%)USAGE AND COPYRIGHTArtist's Rights: Cherri Death retains all rights to the work, including the right to use it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.Client's Rights: Clients may use the commissioned work for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon and additional fees are paid.
(agreement must be made prior to the beginning of the work.)Credit: Clients must credit Cherri Death when sharing the work publicly.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDSClient-Initiated: Clients may cancel their commission at any time. Refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed:Before work begins: Full refund (excluding deposit)During the actual work phase (mid-project): Partial refundAfter completion: No refundArtist-Initiated: Cherri Death reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason (e.g. emergency situations, life events that may happen).
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.CONFIDENTIALITYPrivacy: All client information and details regarding the commission will be kept confidential.Disclosure: work and client information will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.CONTACT INFO
